About Chelsea

I believe therapy is a place where we can slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and begin to understand the parts of us that have been shaped by our experiences, relationships, and the world around us.

My own journey has deepened my belief that healing is not about becoming someone new- it is about reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that may have been hidden, overlooked, or set aside along the way. This perspective guides the way I sit with clients: with curiosity, compassion, and respect for the experiences that have shaped who they are.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and depth-oriented. I draw from attachment theory, trauma-informed care, EMDR, and nervous system-focused approaches to help clients explore patterns, build self-understanding, and create meaningful change.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time in nature and continuing to learn about the stories, relationships, and experiences that make us human.

“I love the dark hours of my being. My mind deepens into them. There I can find, as in old letters, the days of my life, already lived, and held like a legend, and understood. Then the knowing comes: I can open to another life that’s wide and timeless.”

-Rainer Maria Rilke, Book of Hours, translated by Anita Barrows & Joanna Macy
