My Approach

I believe that healing happens through relationship.

Therapy is not about fixing what is wrong with you or becoming someone new. It is about developing a deeper understanding of yourself, honoring the experiences that have shaped you, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been hidden, overlooked, or set aside along the way.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and curious. I view therapy as a space where we can slow down, explore patterns, and gently uncover what is beneath the surface. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and a life that feels more authentic and aligned.

My work is informed by attachment theory, trauma-informed care, EMDR, nervous system approaches, and depth-oriented therapy. I integrate these approaches based on your unique experiences, needs, and goals.

I believe that lasting change happens when we are able to understand not only what we are experiencing, but where those experiences come from and what they are trying to communicate.
