My Approach

Our relationship is at the heart of our work together. We work collaboratively to explore parts of your experience that may feel unseen, misunderstood, or difficult to shift, creating space for healing, understanding, and meaningful change. We move at a pace that feels safe, grounded, and supportive for you.

My work is grounded in attachment-based, trauma-informed, and nervous system-informed approaches that support emotional safety, regulation, and connection. I pay attention to the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others, as well as the experiences that contribute to them.

I tailor our work to your needs and preferences. You may take the lead, following your curiosity and instincts, or prefer more guidance, structure, and practical tools. Together, we use reflective conversation and experiential approaches such as sand tray therapy, art, storytelling, and other creative methods that support emotional processing and meaning-making.

When appropriate, I incorporate EMDR to support the processing and integration of distressing or overwhelming experiences, or to strengthen internal resources.

In this collaborative space, we focus on understanding, resilience, and new possibilities-always honoring your voice, pace, and lived experience.
